CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation deposits are normally based on 50% of your entire stay.Rooms booked within (14) days of arrival, total cost due upon booking. One night stays will be paid in full at the time of reservation. THERE IS NO CANCELLATION WHATSOEVER FOR ONE NIGHT STAYS. If cancellation is made prior to 14 days of your intended stay, you may be refunded 50% of your deposit. THERE WILL BE NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS WHATSOEVER FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ONES STAY. There will be no reduction in fees for late arrivals, early departures, weather, lake and,or fishing conditions.

SMOKING POLICY

All rooms are 100% NON SMOKING. Guests who choose to ignore this policy will be subject to a $150.00 cleaning fee without exception.

PET POLICY

We are pet friendly but require that arrangements for pets be made at the time of reservation. There is an additional charge of $10 per day for a pet. Pets may not be left unaccompanied in rooms FOR ANY REASON and must be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES. There will be an additional charge of $35 per hour for extra cleaning due to excessive pet hair,dirt,excessive cleaning ,etc.

NOISE POLICY

We are a family friendly establishment and request that all activities after 10:00pm be quiet ones.
